On Saturday, January 14, the Lady Jays traveled to Fort Hays State University to take on the Osborne Bulldogs for 5th place in the 2012 MCL Basketball Tournament. The game was a rematch of a game played one week early with Osborne coming out on top. This time around, the Lady Jays were able to gain an early lead, and were able to hold off a Bulldog charge late to earn a 45-43 victory.
